Make a date with yourself for 5:45 to 6:45 PM every Tuesday night for an hour of indulging movement as we dance our way into the middle of the week.  This Tuesday night class also gives you the opportunity to dance Nia EVERY night at Studio Sway.

INTRODUCTION TO NIA CLASS

Do you want to learn more about the Nia Technique?  Have you been waiting to try Nia because you would prefer to start in a class geared towards new students? 

Studio Sway LLC is excited to announce that we now offer an Introduction to Nia class every Saturday at 12:30 PM.  Each class will be taught be a certified Nia instructor from Albuquerque.  The teacher will lead the class in a classic to explore whole-body movement for every BODY.  New students will learn the basic steps and stances in a relaxed atmosphere, while more experienced Nia dancers will have an opportunity to deepen their knowledge and practice of the Nia Technique.

Sundays at Sway

Studio Sway is pleased to announce our new LLC status and hope you will continue your generous support of our space with owners Diane Agnew and Beth O'Neall, as well as Sway Reserve members Sarah Mitchell and Ana Edwards.

As part of the change to an LLC we are now featuring Sundays at Sway - weekly classes featuring on of the Studio Sway LLC owners.  We will each take turns holding the space for an hour long class every Sunday.
