DanceTahiti is a vibrant locally-based troupe that brings the energy of authentic Tahitian dance and culture to the Big Bend. Dances combine Tahitian contemporary ballets with elements of flamenco, salsa, samba, martial arts and fused Latin rhythms!

Dr. Kareva Mulholland, director of DanceTahiti, will be holding open call auditions for interested dancers.  No experience necessary, but you do need to love to dance and have at least two evenings a week to dedicate to classes and rehearsals. All selected dancers will receive free training. Tahitian dance provides an intense physical cardio and resistance workout while learning basic and advanced techniques.

Before the audition, DanceTahiti will provide a demonstration performance and a free workshop for all interested dancers. DanceTahiti is a professional troupe that performs throughout the Big Bend area.
