On February 7th, 2009, the Danbury Fish & Game Association
participated in this longstanding community event, held at the
beautiful Tarrywile Park. This is one of the historic jewels of
Danbury, so please visit their website at : http://www.danbury.org/tarry/ Winterfest activities included a practice ice rescue by the Danbury Fire Department, winter outdoor cooking, and an ice fishing demonstration by the Danbury F&G. Great fun was had by all!!
