Danbury F&G - Kid's Fishing Derby Sponsored by the Danbury Fish & Game Club and held annually in May (Saturday AM, week before the long Memorial Day weekend) at the Danbury Town Park. May 16, 2009  
Danbury F&G - Bill Lauf Scholarship This is an annual $1,000 scholarship sponsored by the Danbury F&G Association, awarded to a local student in recognition of the late Bill Lauf. Bill was a former president of the Danbury F&G Association who was a true sportsman, long active in many Danbury area civic affairs. The 2008 winner was Amanda Perfiti, from Bethel, CT. June 30, 2009  
Clean City of Danbury Day The Danbury F&G Assoc. participates annually in this community event. We clean the Danbury Town Park, and the grounds on Hayestown Road facing our clubhouse and the PAL building. May 2, 2009
