Form-Based Code Brochure Available

A brochure, now available here, was developed by DPAC and approved by Damariscotta's SelectBoard is intended to further inform the community about the Heart & Soul planning process and to solicit additional community input.

Form Based Codes Presentation

On July 20, 2010, DPAC invited Alan S.Manoian, AICP, Director Planning and Community Development, Town of Bridgton, Maine spoke about Form Based Codes and how they have been and can be applied in Maine Communities. His PowerPoint presentation is available here.  This is a fairly large document and can take a few minutes to completely open.
