BBQ Box  $120  (~20 lb)

  • 6 pkgs lean ground beef
 
Family Box $125 (~30 lb)
  • 10 pkgs lean ground beef
  • 2 pkgs sirloin steaks
  • 3 pkgs stew meat
  • 2 pot roasts
 
Steaks are 2 per package.
Ground beef is in 1.5 lb packages.
Stew meat is in 2lb packages.
 
 
Build Your Own Box 
 
Custom boxes can be put together for you in any amount.

Beef by the side
 
The best value comes from buying in bulk. 
 
For purchases of a side or a whole beef:
  • $3.25/lb  (includes cutting and wrapping)
Meat will be cut to your specifications. 
 
Our beef is processed and government-inspected at the Northwest Premium Meat Coop's abattoir in Telkwa, BC and butchered at a local, inspected butcher shop in Telkwa.
