The project team is keen to engage the supply chain throughout the research process. The subject of agricultural emissions accounting and management is large and complex, and you will surely have knowledge and expertise that would help deliver outputs of most value to the Scottish dairy industry.

The aim of this research project is to assess greenhouse gas emissions associated with Scottish dairy supply chains, and identify the main opportunities for reducing GHG emissions while maintaining or improving economic productivity. The transfer of ideas and information happens through a variety of channels and the internet offers new opportunities for collaborative footprinting - historically a 'black box' process with findings revealed at the end.
