We will make efforts to provide accomodation to a large number of participants.

Request for support towards accomodation must be mentioned in the registration details , and be sent latest by 20 April  2010.

 

All the Participants will be accomodated either at Hotel GreenPark (at the City Centre) or at the University Campus.


ARRIVAL : 12 August (afternoon)    DEPARTURE : 17 August (by noon).

Registration: 9 am (at the Venue) on 13 August.

All the Indian participants  will be accomodated at the University Guest Houses. This is located close to the Mathematics department (part of the Science Complex Building) and the venue is only a 5 minute walk.

Location:
You may enter the main Gate of UoHYD and take the road straight ahead, without any detour. The  Guest House is 12 minutes walk from the main Gate, on your left.

From Mehdipatnam (near ICICI bank), there are several buses (216,217) which have a stop outside the University Main Gate. It is also possible to take Autorickshaw (a small sized Black-Yellow coloured open car) from Mehdipatnam (Rs 120-150) and HITEC city  (Rs 60-80) to the university campus.

Faculty participants (from outside India) will be accomodated at Hotel Greenpark on a double sharing basis.

The Hotel will provide a  shuttle service for pick-up and drop, to the university campus and back, during  the conference dates.

During the conference dates, the Shuttle will leave the Hotel at 8.15 am, in the morning.

For return, the Shuttle will leave at 5.45 pm from the Venue, and at 8.00 pm from the Lake View Guest house.

Dinner will be served, starting at 7.00 pm at the Guest house, on 12, 13, 14, 16 August.
Those Participants who are staying at the Hotel, have the option of having a Buffet Dinner at the
Hotel restaurant Tulip at a reduced price.

Breakfast will be included at the place of accomodation, and Lunch (at the Venue), Dinner (at the University Guest House) and Tea/Coffee will be provided, to all the participants. There will be a Banquet at Hotel GreenPark on 15 August 2010 (evening).
There will be a Bus service, which will leave at 5.45 pm from the Venue on 15 August, to the Hotel, and return perhaps around

9.00 pm from the Hotel (for those who are staying at the Guest house or nearby).

 

For Tourism, you may look into the A.P.Government Tourism  which is reasonably priced and affordable.
City Day tour or trip to Ramoji Film city or NagarjunaSagar dam is recommended, for one day tours.
