ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS
Accepted short abstracts are published on line in a special issue of the indexed journal:
2-page abstracts will be published (after the conference - only the abstracts of registered participants) on the indexed and impacted (I.F. 2007: 1.37) journal:
NEW THIS YEAR
- Longer abstracts to improve the quality of the review process: Given the many submissions and the limited space for Oral/Symposia/Poster presentations, now we ask for longer (2 pages) and structured abstracts. The new abstracts' guidelines are available here: 2-Page Extended Abstract guidelines. Authors must follow format instructions carefully.
- Better visibility of the accepted presentations: To improve the visibility of the participants all the accepted abstracts will be published in a regular issue of the Journal of Cyberpsychology and Behavior (indexed in Medline and PsychInfo - ISI Impact Factor 2007: 1.37).
More, authors of abstracts accepted for oral and poster presentations will be invited to submit a longer paper for the Proceeding Book (deadline March 15 2009). Submitting a paper is entirely optional; it is not required for presenting at the conference. Papers of different lengths are allowed for oral and poster presentations: 6 pages for oral presentations and 3 pages for poster presentations.
-
Registration requirement for publishing in the Journal of Cyberpsychology and Behavior: Only the abstracts from registered participants (onsite registration is allowed) will be published in CyberPsychology and Behavior.
-
Registration requirement for publishing in the Proceeding Book: The conference registration must be paid when a paper is submitted to the Proceedings. If registration is not paid by Sonday, April 12 2009, your paper will not be forwarded to the publisher.
