This syllabus and all the readings will be available on our class website on Google Sites (sites.google.com/site/cyber110frost08), which you should check frequently. We’ll keep in touch via a class mailing list on Google Groups (groups.google.com/group/cyber110frost08). This will allow any member of the class to email the entire class at once. We’ll also have a class blog on Blogger (cyber110frost08.blogspot.com), which you will use during our first unit to share your findings about online communities. During Unit II, you will also create your own individual blog. Finally, during Unit III you will work in a group to create a wiki on Google Sites. The mailing list and the website will only be accessible to people in our class, but the blogs and wikis will be publically available on the web. Also, this class is paired with another cyber-section of Eng. 110, so occasionally we will be reading and commenting on blogs created by other Queens College students, and they will be reading ours.
