A dog, crossing a bridge over a stream with a piece bone in his mouth, saw his own shadow in the water .

 

He thought that it is another Dog, with a larger piece of bone in its mouth.

 

He immediately let go of his own, and fiercely attacked the other Dog to get his larger piece bone from him.

 

What happened? He thus lost both.

 

MORAL: Greediness is always a losing game.
