Desti Exports specialized in manufacturing and export of medium up quality synthetic wicker furniture and rattan furniture build up a wide network of specialist manufacturers and suppliers, throughout Indonesie with as main point and policy rule of low costing, flat structure, speed and  flexibility. Traditional skills  are combined with industrial processes resulted in quality export products. Our product range follow the newest developments and trends. Our team, operated under European and Indonesian management is trained to an European standard of efficiency, professionalism and quality norms. Besides production and export of products out of our product range, our company implementation inspector tasks for clients who need a team "on the spot" managing production processes and quality control of their orders as well as the implementation of other agency tasks.

Pricing
All prices are FOB in USD.
Prices are valid for the period of one year starting 1-09- 2009 subject to sudden fluctuations of the exchange rate and fluctuations of raw materials & production costs

Payment
TT. down payment of 50%, balance TT within 3 days after B/L date
Letter of Credit. the L/C must be irrevocable at sight and available at any bank in Indonesie by negotiation. There is a slightly extra charges ( 1.5% ) for this L/C payment.

Order confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after receive of the down payment or opening of the L/C, within the required time frame according to the instructions mentioned in the Proforma Invoice.

Order cancellation
Due to political, economical or other external factors, we can cancel any confirmed order without compensation. In this case we will notify the bank immediately for cancellation of the L/C or refunding the down payments.

Production lead time
Production starts as soon as orders are considered confirmed. Subject to   available capacity the production lead time is 6 - 10 weeks for standard items.

Shipment
Shipments are possible in 20 ft. 40 ft. 40 ft. high cube containers. Shipping lines can be nominated by the buyer, but can be rejected depending on reliability of the shipping line, or in case there are no empty, non damaged containers available. To avoid any transport damage, we strongly advise to take full insurance on all containers.

Minimum order
The minimum order is 1 x 20 ft. container. Mixed items are allowed against
acceptable numbers per product.

Packaging
Folding, stacking and knock down items are packed in carton boxes.
Fully assembled items are packed in foam sheets and single face carton.
Per packing unit we add silica gel, spare parts and assembly kit ( if necessary )
