The World Championship was a golf tournament on the LPGA Tour from 1958 to 1957. It was played at the Tam O'Shanter Country Club in Niles, Illinois. It was played concurrently with the men's World Championship of Golf on the PGA Tour as well as World Amateur events.
A world championship(s) is the top achievement for any sport or contest. The title is usually awarded by contests, ranking systems, stature, ability, etc. This determines the best nation, team, individual (or other entity) in the world in a particular field.
The International Federation of Strength Athletes (IFSA or IFSA Strongman) is an international governing body for strongman competition. The IFSA was founded in 1995 and is based in Glasgow, Scotland.
