2009 (November 24): Suturing Skills Class

This was a 1-hour suturing session run by Dr Saurabh Odak. He covered all aspects of suturing, including the preparation involved in terms of infiltrating a wound with local anaesthetic and the correct doses involved, as well as draping, and how to perform simple interrupted sutures. Towards the end of the session he also taught those keen students how to hand tie.
