Sola Arts Commissioned Beccy Williams at C.U.T.S to deliver a three session workshop making shopping bags from recycled clothing.

Our objective was to raise awareness of plastic bag use and recycling.                

We gift-wrapped them and took them down to the local shooping hot-spot, Bold Street.

We shouted out facts about plastic bag recycling "98% never get recycled!" and asked people to stop using plastic bags in exchange for one of our non-disposable bags. Those who agreed, got a bag...
