Cats have a lot of different moods. Happy, sad just like us humans. Sometimes, though, it not very good to know your cat's mood. Maybe it clawed you.or bit you. But, in all, your kitty loves you. Your cat will purr when it's happy, hiss, scratch, bite when it is angry,  and beg when it wants something. Cats will have lots of different moods. Some of them you can't even tell! Most cats looooooove attention. Some are shy and are only comftorable around people they know. And some just are independent and don't like anyone. (Like if you got it, it claws any one near it. Like a grumpy cat.)I would prefer a cat that likes attention. Choose what you are comftorable with.
