Currency Future Trading

A financial future contract for the delivery of a specified foreign currency.

Publicly traded contract involving the sale or purchase of a standardized amount of foreign currency at a price with delivery at a stated future date.

A currency future, also FX future or foreign exchange future, is a futures contract to exchange one currency for another at a specified date in the future at a price (exchange rate) that is fixed on the purchase date; see Foreign exchange derivative.
