The season will be exciting and will include two halftime shows. The first show is “Revolution 2009” and will feature the selections Promises by Jared Anderson, Passion by Aaron Pearce, Alisha Brooks, and Kreshia Turner, and We Have Overcome by Meleasa and Israel Houghton. The second show is “The Music Of Chicago” and will feature the selections Make Me Smile, Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?, Free, and 25 or 6 to 4.
In addition to home and away games the GEMB will be marching in exhibition at the Clarion County Marching Band Festival on September 22, the Oil City High School Marching Band Festival on September 26, and the Collegiate Marching Band Festival at J. Birney Crum Stadium in Allentown on October 4.
