TROOP 95 invites Webelos II to experience

the outdoors at Haystack Observatory

WHEN:  November 14, 2009

TIME:  meet at 1:30 p.m. – event runs 2-5 p.m.; dinner, campfire and socializing afterwards estimated end time is 7-8 p.m.

EVENT:  Troop 95 Boy Scouts have a fun afternoon planned for the Webelos II’s

§       Learn basic Boy Scouting skills,

§       Experience a true Boy Scout outing

§       Make friends and have some fun

§       Enjoy the fresh air and feast on a dinner cooked all outdoors on an open fire – turkey and ham with all the fixings and cobblers for dessert. 

§       See how much fun the next step after Cub Scouting can be…Boy Scouting – an adventure awaits you.

Planning for event:  please wear warm clothes (including hats and gloves), boots, flashlight, Deet (for ticks).  Parents might want to bring a folding chair for dinner (I suggest you label it with your name – they many all look alike in the dark).
