- At least 3 Service Project activities per year, spaced-out all year.
- Webelos Bridge in Feb/Mar, but attend Webelo-ree as a part of the Pack 620 group.
- Campouts are paid full, based on estimates, prior to attending with no refund of minor deltas.
- Transition of leadership roles should occur in year of last son being Webelos-2.
              Defining replacement to occur when the boy is a Webelos-1.
- Plaque given to leaders in roles for 3 years. Highest level gets a plaque, with other roles on inscription.
