Welcome to Pack 3842. Our Pack is mostly made up of boys from Richmond Elementary, but we welcome anyone who wants to join us and have members who are home schooled, from different Stillwater schools, private schools and surrounding communities. We are a growing Pack that prides itself on providing a high quality Scouting program that is fun! We have been a proud to be part of the Stillwater Community, the Cimarron Council and the Pawnee Bill District since the Fall of 1990. Richmond Elementary School first opened its doors at that time and Pack 3842 has been active part of the community ever since. Upcoming Pack Meeting: Each month we have an exciting and fun filled meeting planned for our Scouts. Check our calendar for when and where our next meeting is. We are an active, year round Pack with meetings every month, Scouts attending summer camp and performing community service in Stillwater. We believe that Scouting is a family affair and encourage little brothers and sisters to join us | .

Since 1930, the Boy Scouts of America has helped younger boys through Cub Scouting. It is a year-round family program designed for boys who are in the first grade through fifth grade (or 7, 8, 9, and 10 years of age). Parents, leaders, and organizations work together to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting. Currently, Cub Scouting is the largest of the BSA's three membership divisions.
The purposes of Scouting are Character Development, Spiritual Growth, Good Citizenship, Sportsmanship and Fitness, Family Understanding, Respectful Relationships, Personal Achievement, Friendly Service, Fun and Adventure and Preparation for Boy Scouts!
