Our annual Blue and Gold Banquet was held at United Presbyterian Church on February 24, 2009. Twenty scouts and their families and friends gathered together to celebrate the year so far. Special guests included Jim Sinclair, Scoutmaster for Troop 233, who encouraged the boys to continue working toward the goal of becoming a boy scout, Roy Maguire, our Unit Commissioner, and a speaker who gave a presentation for Friends of Scouting . The Tiger Den lead the gathering in a song. The Wolves perfomed two skits: Emergency warning and Invisible Bench. The Bears received their Bear patches. The Webelos performed a balloon experiment and received their Scientist Activity Pin. The hard work of the Blue and Gold Banquet Committee made the night a great success:
