Welcome to Pack 121

In 2011, Mt. Bethel’s Cub Scout Pack 121 is completing its 32nd year of Scouting. The Pack is one of the largest and most active in the Atlanta area and has, once again, earned the coveted “Chicken Pin” (a local Scouting honor roll) and the Quality Unit Award. Cub Scouts is a family oriented and Pack 121 wants to thank all of the parents who took time to help guide and lead the 80 boys in our numerous Scouting activities.  Some of those activities included: The Great Day of Service, Marietta National Cemetery Flag Placement, several camp-outs, Scouting for Food, Scout Expo, and of course our Pinewood Derby Race.

Check out this link for photos and this link for our brochure.

We are sponsored by Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church, located at 4385 Lower Roswell Rd. Marietta, GA, 30067. While we are sponsored by the Church, we invite Scouts and families of all faiths to join.

We meet as a Pack once a month, usually on the second Tuesday night of each month (September through May)  7 to 8PM primarily to recognize Scouts advancement and awards. Dens meet an additional time or two and we participate in numerous activities. Please see our Calendar.

We have two purposes: to teach values and have fun. While the former may be the most important to parents and to the boys in the long run, we recognize that no boy ever joined Scouting to improve his values, they join to have fun. We strive to teach values in a fun manner.

For more information about Pack 121, please email our Cub Master.
