2011-2012 Fundraising Plan Your participation in our school fundraisers is very important. Providing a quality Christian education is an important goal of both Immanuel and St. Paul. Both congregations are committed to this through their financial support that helps to underwrite a portion of the cost of education for every student at CTKL - tuition families and member families. It is important that families participate in our school-wide fundraisers to show our appreciation and commitment to this Christian education as well. These fundraising dollars are an integral part to the operation and growth of Christ the King Lutheran School and the educational programs we offer. Fall: Literature Launch (Watch for details in September) Literature Launch Information and Forms are available to download at the bottom of the page. Winter: Bowl-a-Thon (Watch for details in Dec, Jan, Feb) Spring: School Carnival (Watch for details in April and May) Buds to Blooms Promotional (Watch for details in Spring) We are always looking for parents who are willing to chair or help with these fundraisers. We do have a Fundraising Committee that helps oversee these events and efforts. Contact the school office for more information or to volunteer. Student Fee Offset Opportunties We offer several fundraising opportunities to help offset the Student Fee. These include the purchase of SCRIP cards (orders are placed on Tuesday in the AM), Midland Fundraising Campaigns (fall and spring), and QSP Magazine Sales (Winter). A percentage of the proceeds from these fundraisers is credited to your account and can be used to offset Student Fees. Other Opportunities that Benefit CTKL Next to who do you goodserach for? This event was HUGE success thanks to many volunteers and generous "bidders" who caught the spirit of the event. To God be the Glory! With proceeds from this event, we were able to update classroom computers at the Sebewaing Campus. Playgrounds at both campuses will see remodels, replacements, and/or additions. We were also able to replace the Server at the Sebewaing Campus, which was over 6 years old. Some of the proceeds also helped us to meet our budget and operating expenses. Thanks to everyone who played a role in this great event! To God be the Glory!
