The Czech and Slovak World Golf Association (CSWGA) was founded in Toronto, Canada in 1982 by a group of golf enthusiasts originally from Czechoslovakia.
In its current form the CSWGA has over 30 active members from different corners of the world and in order to make everybody welcome, the formal language is English.
There are six official tournaments held every year, including the CSWGA Open in October. Prizes are awarded to the winners of various categories, including the trophies awarded to the Open winners in the Ladies and Gents categories.
In addition every year a summer barbeque is held and the year is ended by an Annual General Meeting followed by a dinner.
To promote the strong club identity, a new logo and a bag tag and membership cards have recently been designed and issued.
Our website has been redesigned to create an interactive communication platform for the membership as well as to provide a window into the organization for the outside world.
We are actively seeking new members, all nationalities are welcome and referrals are appreciated. The annual membership fees are $35 (single) and $55 (couple).
