The Department of Hospitality Management at the College of Southern Nevada offers an Associate of Applied Science Degree, Associate of Arts Degree and a Certificate of Achievement in the discipline of Hotel Management.  The Associate of Applied Science Degree and Certificate of Achievement with emphasis in Hotel Management is designed for learners seeking employment in entry level supervisory positions or for advancement by those currently employed in the hotel industry.

The Associate of Arts Degree, Hospitality Management Emphasis, is specifically designed for the student who intends to transfer to the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV).  This Associate of Arts Degree is fully articulated with UNLV's Hospitality Management Bachelors Degree program. This special programs' requirements are included in the hotel college core prerequisites at UNLV. 

CSN offers the only fully transferable associate’s degree to UNLV.
