TRAVEL and TOURISM

If you’re looking for an exciting career in one of the world’s largest industries, then the Travel and Tourism Program is designed for YOU!!  If you are currently employed in the industry and want to develop and update your skills, then the Travel and Tourism Program is for YOU!!

We offer both a Certificate of Achievement (30 credits) and an Associate of Applied Science Degree, AAS, (61 credits) in Travel and Tourism.

            To meet the needs of CSN’s diverse student population, Travel and Tourism classes are offered day and night in both a l6 week and 8 week format.  You’ll find our faculty have a wealth of industry experience as well as appropriate  academic  credentials.

            The industry is always looking for associates who are bright, enthusiastic, eager to learn and great at customer service.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH A CERTIFICATE OR AAS DEGREE IN TRAVEL AND TOURISM?

               The Certificate or AAS Travel and Tourism Degree Program will enable you to enter a wide variety of positions within the Hospitality/Tourism career field.  Areas of career opportunity include conventions/meetings/trade shows; cruising; accommodations/lodging sector; travel agencies; recreational activities; special event management; travel and transportation companies; tour and sightseeing industries and much, much more.  The most important  thing to remember is our curriculum is practical, timely and courses emphasize immediate transfer.
