Indiana Code (IC 20-26-9-18) requires that every school corporation in the state of Indiana to have a Coordinated School Health Advisory Council (CSHAC) in place and holding at least one public meeting, annually, to review/revise the Corporation’s wellness policy.  A dedicated arena of support, technical assistance, service, or resources with which local CSHACs/school corporations can consult to facilitate the emergence of coordinated school health is absent at the state level.  Recognizing Coordinated School Health as both a model and an effective reality that serves in the best interest of the health and safety of the students, schools, and communities in Indiana, Kristin Oles, Suzanne Crouch, and Dona Roberts have formed Coordinated School Health Partners (CSHPartners), an educational consulting group.  CSHPartners combines a history of more than seventy years professional experience in teaching, health education, physical education, physical activity, fitness, school health and nursing services, Coordinated School Health Program, nutrition, tobacco, leadership, and wellness.
