Clarification on weather cancellations of docent events.
Although tours ARE canceled when school D-11 is either delayed or canceled---our docent activities such as gallery walks, B&E's, meetings, etc. are NOT canceled when D-11 is delayed--- UNLESS the weather conditions are particularly treacherous. In that case, you will get an e-mail from me or the Chair of your meeting that the docent event is canceled. If you do NOT receive a message, the event will take place. But if D-11 cancels school for that day, the docent event will automatically be canceled.
