The project I focus the majority of my time on, in Dr. McClure's lab, is the Retroid project.  This project involves the automated identification of Retroid agents in any partially to fully sequenced genome through the employment of the Genome Parsing Suite (GPS).  Please see the topics located under the Projects section of this page for a more complete description of the research I am involved in.  For additional information pertaining to the McClure lab's automated software suite, the GPS, please see:
