My name is Crystal Gubler. I am currently attending Northwest University. I am a senior studying education in hope of becoming an elementary teacher and high school coach.

I am in the first stage of my Practicum, which consists of being assigned to a school that coincides with what you desire to teach and then being assigned a cooperative teacher who you will observe in the classroom to prepare you for the second stage of the Practicum which is part-time student teaching.

Endeavour Elementary is where I have been placed by the University and I am observing a third grade classroom there. I only observe once a week and over the past two weeks have already learned so much.

I am excited to further my experience in working with children, as well as, learn to understand and relate to a variety of learners that every class has.
