Cryptoglitch is planning on releasing their first album ready by the end of May. This debut album currently titled "I Am Not Paranoid" will be released via iTunes and BroadJam. Check back soon for more information.

Cryptoglitch has uploaded to two new tracks on their MySpace page. These tracks are works in progress but we would love to hear what you think of them. The first track, "Just One Shot" is Daniel's first attempt at vocals. The song is a spoken word piece with a tribal back beat. The second track is a brilliant creation of Kevin's titled "Dead from the Beginning". This track has a nice dark texture with a bit of a pop flavor. We hope to record vocals for this song very soon.

Cryptoglitch is an electronic rock band based in Needmore, Pennsylvania. The band was started by Kevin and Daniel McCarthy. The two brothers began the project as nothing more than a means to self expression. They both have a love for music spanning a variety of genres.

Influences for the band include: Skinny Puppy, Rolling Stones, Perry Farrell, Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails), Pigface, My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult and on and on and on.

The Cryptoglitch project started with the intention of creating an industrial sound. That idea was quickly discarded as the brothers soon discovered they had the ability and creative push to make and record music that spans multiple genres. The sound was further developed with the addition of Jascha on vocals.

Jascha's jazzy voice combined with Daniel's disturbed lyrics and Kevin's grooving beats has created something quite unique. Sure, all artists claim to have a unique sound, but Cryptoglitch believes you will agree when you listen.
