Opportunities

There are a number of excellent opportunities to challenge your walk with God in Cru. These range from as little as a day or to as long as two years.

1. Retreats

We have a Large Fall and Spring Retreat at Lake Ellen Bible Camp
along with other Campuses in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
It's a great time to escape from school for a bit and recharge
while having fun! Here's the website for more info:
    http://cruretreat.weebly.com.

There are also smaller men's and women's retreats for Michigan
Tech students to spend growing alongside one another in both the fall and spring semesters.

2. IndyCC

Have you ever wanted to take a road trip to Indianapolis and join
around 2,000 other Christian college students for a 4-day
conference? IndyCC provides this amazing opportunity to be

poured into as well as giving a chance to pour into others on a
day of outreach. Take a step of faith and watch God transform
your life! You can find more info here: http://indycc.org.

3. Big Break

Big Break is a week long mission trip over Spring Break to
Panama City Beach, Florida. It's a conference with a focus on
evangelism training. If you want to learn how to effectively share
your faith or if you want to push yourself outside of your comfort
zone, this is a great option. This conference usually has around
1,000 other students from all over the country and there are
great speakers. For more info, here's the link:
    http://big-break.com.

4. Summer Projects

Summer Projects position you in an environment that will change
your life! There are projects all over the world, both nationally
and internationally. Cru will give you the tools to raise funds and
develop ministry partners. There are many different types of

Summer Projects that vary in length of time from a couple of

weeks to twelve weeks. You will be challenged and it will be

rewarding. Prayerfully consider going. Check out the website: http://gosummerproject.com.

5. STINT
STINT stands for Short Term International trips. STINT is a one or two-year program on an
international university campus, either as a foreign student or foreign language teacher. You
will be aiding long-term workers in helping to raise up national leaders (individuals from that
country) for the ministry. For more information, visit:
