We have had several inquires about parking in anticipation of our promotion on May 23rd

at 7:30 a.m. as a result of these inquires, we would like to make the following information known:

ü Promotion will be held on the 8^th grade baseball field (Just west of our main campus and above the basketball courts)

ü Parking will be available in all church parking lots, along Chapala and all areas not deemed no parking zones.

ü Parking will also be facilitated on our 7^th grade baseball field. The entrance is just west of the tennis courts and school personnel will be directing parents and guest to this area until full.

ü Parking will only be restricted in our large east parking lot next to the tennis courts until buses clear at approximately 7:15a.m.

Please out of consideration of our neighbors:

v Respect people’s property and vegetation

v Don’t block driveways

v Park in spaces completely

**Once promotion activities are done, 8^th graders are excused

for the day and may go home with their families.

Cross PTO would like to thank the Green Family and the Christina-Taylor Green Memorial Foundation for the generous donation to our school.  These funds will be used for specific things on campus per the family's request.
