XCC are keen to continue with the summer series for 2012.  We are aiming to identify organiser dates and venues for 2012 and get everything confirmed by 15th December 2011.

  We will all need to up the ante in terms of producing fliers / advertising the series / etc etc.  XCC will provide common template for you to add you event details to.  XCC will be asking you to add all necessary details to the BMBO calendar page.

  For 2012 all 3hr or more events will be able to count towards the national series so this may help improve numbers

  XCC will be breaking each event to contribute a small amount towards the end of season prizes.

due the the very low numbers at events in 2011 we are not in a position to attract a series sponsor.  I have been assured that BMBO will support events to negate any loss providing no rash expenditure has been made.  For the series to have an identity we will all need to agree on certain things that will happen at each event regarding refreshments, prizes, etc. 

  We will try and get a list of riders who would be prepared to help on the day of the your event f you need them.
