Scheduled Events For NOVEMBER:
 
  • Nov. 30: Snack Bar - Need 1 more parent volunteer.
  • Nov. 23: All day Band Festival in Harelson MPR.  Concert for parents and friends at 6pm.  (volunteers-Bertha Rischar (all day), Cathy Whalen from noon on, Jessica Herring (dinner)
 
Scheduled Events For DECEMBER:

  • Dec. 4:  5:30pm - Oro Valley Tree Lighting (Concert Band/Choir)
  • Dec. 9:  5:30 (warm up) Cross Christmas Choir Concert (Concert and Mixed Choir)
  • Dec. 10:  5:30 (warm up) Cross Christmas Band Concert (Concert and Cadet Band)
  • Dec 11:  2:45 - 5pm - Band/Choir Booster Holiday Dance Fundraiser at Cross
  • Dec. 12:  Oro Valley Holiday Parade (Concert Band)

REMINDERS:
  • 1st San Diego/Sea World Trip installment was due Oct 30.  This is for student and chaperone(s) -- each $125.  If you haven't submitted your money or the student and/or chaperone agreements, please submit these to Mr. Granillos ASAP.   
 
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
 
  • Snack Bar Setup and Sales -- Nov. 30 need 1 more parent to help with setup (3:30-4:30pm)

Check calendar below for sports event dates.  The Snack Bar Sign up sheet is posted in the Documents section.  Email rcanamar@gmail.com if you can volunteer on any of the dates.     If you can't volunteer the entire 3 hours please consider coming to setup from 3:30 to 4:30 pm (this is a critical time...many parents are unable to leave work early but are able to volunteer from 4:30 to 6:30). 

  • Nov. 23, All Day Band Festival at Cross/Concert: Need 1 more parent to help throughout the school day chaperoning students and helping with serving pizza dinner to students prior to Concert (6:00pm)
 
  • Dec. 11, Holiday Dance: This is to help raise $$$ for San Diego Trip. More details to follow via emails. 
 
 
SNACK BAR/TEACHER ITEMS NEEDED:
 
Hamburgers, hotdogs, Sodas, Dill Pickles, Nacho Cheese, Sliced Jalapeños, Candy bars, Ring Pops 
 
 
 
OTHER:
  • The San Diego/Sea World trip:  All forms (agreements/tax credits) are in the Sea World Trip section of this website.
 
  • Stay tuned for the next Band/Choir Booster meeting which may be schedule either in late November or early December at 6:30 pm in the Music Room.
