It is a fifteen-minute walk from Concordia to McGill.  Walk on Sherbrooke Street to McTavish, turn left and walk to the end of the road.  A set of stairs will take you up on to Dr. Penfield Drive, cross the road and continue walking up McTavish. The Education Building is to your left.

Please note that that the walk is up a very steep hill, so some may prefer to take a taxi.
