Senior “For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
Requirements Senior year of service focuses on service to one approved non-profit agency. We hope to see you become passionate about a particular social justice issue to the point in which it is life changing not only for you but also for those you serve.
Seniors are to complete 45 hours with one approved non-profit agency by Monday, March 14, 2010. Seniors may begin their hours as early as Wedneady, June 8, 2011. To receive full credit, you must fill out a CRISTO – Christian Service Program verification form ONLINE, complete the service and agency contracts and complete the service reflection assignment. All forms must be submitted ONLINE into Ms. Garcia in the Campus Ministry office.
** Seniors accepted into the Peer Ministry and Social Action class will be required to complete 25 hours of service for their school and 25 hours of service for an approved non-profit agency by Monday, March 14, 2011. To receive full credit, you must fill out a CRISTO – Christian Service Program form and complete the service reflection assignment. All forms and assignment must be turned into Ms. Garcia in the Campus Ministry office.
