Funding, donations and sponsorship.

In 2007 the funding of the Arrupe project was underwritten by The Parents Council of the school, supplemented by volunteer donations and fund raising activities. The total cost was approximately £30,000 euro, covering;  travel, mini bus hire, bed and board at a per person cost of 2000 euro approx.

The cost of site finances for the project was underwritten by Sli Eile (acting on behalf of the Jesuit Province) and Friends in Ireland.

Looking forward to the 2008 project, a similiar per person cost of 2000 euro is estimated. In addition to this, each school group will share in the cost of the site finances for the project (a medical center). For Crescent this means additional fund raising, estimated at a minumium of 10,000 euro.
