Open a blank 600x500

Select your rectangle tool with these settings

Foreground – Null

Background – Colour from your tube

Draw a square (refer to tag if needed) – convert to raster layer

Draw a rectangle besides the square (refer to tag if needed) – convert to raster layer

Layers – Merge – Merge Visible

Layers – Duplicate

Edit – Mirror 

Layers – Merge – Merge Visible

Rename the layer TEMPLATE

Select your magic wand and select the first rectangle and the second square – flood fill with a second colour from your tube

Select none

With your magic wand select the first square – paste your tube as a new layer

Selections – invert – delete

Selections – select none

Duplicate the tube layer – edit – mirror

Move the duplicate tube layer to the second square

Layers – merge – merge down (the two tube layers should now be one)

Blend mode – Luminance

Open SD DB LEAVES – resize by 60%

Copy and paste as a new layer – move the leaves above the left rectangle

Selections – Invert – Delete

Select none

Edit – Mirror

Move the leaves until above the right rectangle

Merge the two leave layers – change the blend mode to luminance

Layers – merge – merge down (the leaves layers should now be one)

Dropshadow

Open SD DB FLOWER 4 – resize by 10% - colourise to match your tube – move to left side of the right rectangle

Duplicate – move to the bottom of the rectangle

Layers – merge- merge down (the two flowers)

Duplicate – Edit – Mirror – Position on the left side of the tag

Layers – merge – merge down (the flowers)

Dropshadow

Duplicate the template layer – select the bottom template layer

Edit – Blur – Gaussian blur - 4

Effects – Texture Effects – Weave with these settings:

Gap size – 1

Width – 2

Opacity – 5

Weave and gap colour – white

Fill caps Checked

Open SD DB GLITTER DOODLE 2 – resize by 30% - colourise to match your tube

Edit – Sharpness - Sharpen

Image – free rotate by 90%

All layers and rotate single layer – unchecked

Move to the top of the tag

Duplicate – Flip – Mirror

Layers – Merge – Merge down (the doodles)

Move the doodles to above the tube layers

Open SD DB DRAGONFLY – resize by 15% - position where happy

Dropshadow

Add your main tube – position in the middle of the tag - dropshadow

Add your copyright and name

Done!
