I have been decorating cakes for many years, Four years ago I decided to take the Wilton Cake decorating classes because it was one thing I always wanted to do.(and my brother was getting married). I wanted to know how to do more than what I did. All I knew how to make was roses and drop flowers, leaves and a shell border. I learned so much in just 3 months and enjoyed the classes even more that I became a Wilton Method Instructor myself. Now I want to share the fun of Cake decorating with everyone. I also do private classes for groups and individuals.
