Welcome Take a little time, sit back and enjoy viewing my site. First a few details about me. Cake decorating has been a part of my life since I was a young child. Both my Grandmother and my Mother were cake decorators so what I knew I learned from them. I had been decorating cakes for many years, but I wanted to know how to do more than what I did. All I knew how to make was roses and drop flowers, leaves and a shell border. Five years ago My brother was getting married and his fiance wanted their cake covered in fondant. Never having worked with that type of icing before, I decided to take the Wilton Cake decorating classes, it was one of many things I always wanted to do. I learned so much in just 3 months and enjoyed the classes even more, that I became a Wilton Method Instructor myself. Now I want to share the fun of Cake decorating with everyone, six years later I still enjoy teaching the Art of Cake Decorating.
