This manual, last updated in October 2009, has almost all you would ever need to know about CRCEA.  A copy is given to each County Delegate and should be handed down to suceeding delegates. However, should you need to check some item or print some section, that is why it is here for your use. You can tell from the name of the pdf file below which section you will be viewing.
