Grandmom Anne's Cheesecake with Blueberry Topping

Crust
 
2 cups sifted flour
3/4 cup sugar
½ cup melted Butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 beaten eggs
pinch of salt

Cream sugar & butter - add eggs & mix again - add all remaining ingredients.  Roll into a ball & press into oblong pan 8x12x 2" deep

 
 
Filling
2 8 oz packages cream cheese
4 tablespoons Flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon
 
Cream sugar with cream cheese add remaining ingredients & pour into
baking pan.  Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Bake for 1 ½ hours at 325 degrees
 
 
Blueberry Sauce Topping

4 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice
½ c. water
2 c. blueberries


In small saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice. Cook and stir until thickened. Add blueberries; cook until bubbly. Chill.

Spread on top of cheesecake once it's cool and refrigerate.
