Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey (drain the fat) 1 can of red kidney beans 1 can of pinto beans 1 can of garbanzo beans * You can use any beans you want, I use black beans in there too depends on what is in my kitchen cabinet! 1 large can of stewed or cooked tomatoes 1 can of condensed tomato soup 1/4 c water 1 small onion 1 large green bell pepper diced 1 t garlic powder (or use the real thing!) 1 T chili powder 1/2 t salt 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 t black pepper
Prep: Brown the meat on the stove and set aside. I usually dump the tomatoes into the bottom of the crockpot first then mash them up with a potato masher. Add in meat and all ingredients. Mix well. Cook on low about 8 hours. Add more water if you like it thinner.
