I started out with a New image 600x600
Flood Fill white
Open the frame I provided(waveyframes)
You can use anyone you want I picked the merged layer.
Copy and past your frame as a new layer.
Pick your magic wand with mode(replace) Tolerance(0)
click inside your frame, should see marching ants around your frame..
Now pick and open a scrap paper from your scraps kit( I used Paper7 From DarkLust)
Copy and past as a new layer.
Now make sure your raster 2 layer is active and go to Selection>Invert
Make your raster 3 layer active (should be your paper layer) Hit your delete key.
Selections> Selet None
Click on raster 2 grab your wand again and select inside the squares now... Hold down your shift key
as you click all of your boxes.(this will select them all).
Once there all active go to Selections>Modify>Expand by 3.
Now with your squares still active choose another paper from your kit(I used Paper4)
Copy your paper and paste as new layer. Active your raster 2 and Selections>invert.
Now back to raster 4 and delete key.

With this still selected raster 3 this should be your frame layer.. choose 4 different tubes or 2
of the same and change them abit..(im using artwork from (C)Elias Chatzoudis which can be purchased HERE
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer(resize to fit into box I resized mine by 70%) after you have lined up
the tube where you want it the delete key.. Now repeat go back to raster 3 copy and paste tube line up resize
and the delete key.. Repeat until all boxes as filled.
When your happy with it Selections>Select none

Hide everything but the tubes and merge visible(you should only have the tubes merged)
Duplicate the tube layer and on the original layer Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur 12
Merge your two tube layers together.. I lowered the opacity to 50
Drag your merged layer under your frame layer.

Unhide the rest of the layers except your white background... Merge Visible
Move frame around if needed I moved mine down a bit... now duplicate merged frame
on the original go to Effects>Texture effects>Mosaic-Antique(default settings)
Add your embellishments from your scrap kit once your happy with it copy and paste your main
Tube as a new layer duplicate tube and on the original layer Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur 12 after appling that
drag it under the merged frame..

Add your copyright watermark and name.. Save as a jpeg or png and your done..
