This tutorial was written for those what have some working knowledge of PSP.
This Tutorial was done in PSP 9 But can be done in all versions.
Supplies needed
Plug in Penta-dot and cross

If you can get my supplies to work properly you can go to Lisa's site and download it directly from there

Tubes of Choice.
I am using the artwork of Jennifer Janesko You can purchase her work here.
Open a new image 600x500
Open the frame out of the Supplies I provided.
Copy and paste as a new layer. Center it on your canvas.
Grab your magic wand and select inside the center of the frame. once selected Selections>invert
You can flood fill or copy and paste your tube as a new layer and hit your delete key.
Selections>Select none.
now in your layer palette select your frame layer. grab the wand and click the outer part of the frame flood fill this
frame I am using a color to match my tube. i am using #6e93a2
Once its colored I go to effects>plugins>penta.com>Dot and Cross
with settings 30 -26 -2
With outside of the frame still selected go to selections>Modify>Expand>by 8
Flood the inside and outside I used #af7239
Effects>Plugins>penta.com>color dot 102-8-255-255-255
Make sure your frame layer is at the top of your layer palette.
I used some of the elements in the scrap kit to decorate alittle.
Add your Copyright,watermark and name.
Save as a jpeg or png and your all finished.
