Welcome
to the Arts Programme page for Craignish Village Hall.

How does the arts programme work?

In the past we have had a dedicated person fundraising and liaising with organisations and other venues to bring together our arts programme. One person from the Hall Committee would work alongside her to provide practical support at events and to keep the rest of the Hall Committee informed of upcoming events and whether extra volunteers were needed.

At present the arts programme is run by a volunteer from the Committee, with administrative support from the hall manager.
If you have an interest in music, drama or the arts please do get in touch! We need your help in evaluating and choosing the artists that approach CVH. There is no need to join the formal Committee or get bogged down in admin tasks – we just want your enthusiasm and creative input.

How can you get involved?

We have an informal group that input ideas and feedback on what sort of arts to put on at the hall. We get together once in a while to discuss what we would like to put on and what others would like to see. Once we know what is possible, we can then complete the process of booking and liaising with the acts to sort out their needs; and publicising the information so that folk come and see for themselves! If you are interested in helping shape what’s on at the hall, or have any comments, please email the arts team on cvh.artsevents@gmail.com.

We always ask for feedback after shows, so please keep filling in the forms as it helps us decide what is appreciated, or not.
