General
A booking for Halls 1, 2 or 3, includes the use of the kitchen if required. There will be no charge for use of sound/lights (unless the services of an engineer are booked by arrangement) but the operator must be approved by the hall committee.
A booking for the whole hall on a Saturday, takes precedence over regular users. The latter will receive a voucher for a free equivalent session.
Discounts
Frequent users receive a 30% discount on the above charges. Frequent users are defined as organisations using the hall at least once per month. The organisation will have its own key and will be responsible for the building while in occupation. If the building is not left as it was found and properly secured, the discount will be forfeited and/or an extra cleaning charge imposed.
Local voluntary (non profit making) organisations qualify for a further 20% discount.
Local voluntary (non profit making) oganisations that are also frequent users qualify for a 50% discount.
A super saver booking fee is available to organisations that are local voluntary (non profit making) that hire the hall more than once a week. The second hire will be charged at 75% discount for as long as the two hire periods coincide.
In addition to the above, a local voluntary (non profit making) organisation that is also a frequent user is entitled to the use of the hall for ONE free fundraiser per year.
