Sunday 22nd November at 3pm Tony Cox -
South African Acoustic Guitarist
Tony received great reviews of his recent shows in Edinburgh. He started playing guitar aged 8 and has blended classical training with South African music to produce a rich collection of songs and stories, not to be missed.
A review from earlier this year:
'Tony played the guitar like I have never seen it played before and captivated the audience from the onset. He told the story behind each tune and put them into context from hummingbirds to people being forced off their land in South Africa. There was such a wide variety from such an amazing performer that he left the audience wanting more....this was only a taster of what Tony is clearly capable of....his guitars were very impressive (one made by a friend)....the time flew by too quickly.'
