EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
- October 2003-Present OAO Technology Durham, NC: LAN Operator
- Duties include monitoring networks and servers for any possible outages. Respond to customer calls and complaints which included troubleshooting, problem resolution and documentation. Created scripts to reduce the amount of time required to monitor backups. Wrote a program that increased production by combining documents and passwords into a single place of reference for operators. Trained other operators to be successful members of the team.
- February 2003-August 2003 U.S. Army Fort Bliss, TX: Office Manager
- Responsible for training schedules, finance issues, records, office files, and other general paperwork and training for over 70 employees. Combined multiple Excel spreadsheets into a single Access database increasing the efficiency of data access and providing a more secure record storage. Chosen above other higher ranking soldiers for the position of Office Manager.
- October 2001-February 2003 U.S. Army Fort Bliss, TX: Team Leader
- Responsible for over $17,000,000 in equipment, train three crews for certification in procedures, in charge of maintenance and readiness of RADAR and generator equipment. Trained and led a crew of three to the best crew drill in the battalion. Held a position of higher responsibility normal for my rank. While deployed held a position of higher ranking as Operations Crew Chief reporting directly to the Forward Deployed Commander, trained two crew members for certification.
- January 1999-June 2001 U.S. Army Babenhausen, Germany: Engagement Controller
- Memorize and follow all procedures dealing with identification and engagement of hostile aircraft, and be certified year on NATO tactics. Trained three personnel on NATO tactics including two officers. Graduated with Honors from the Army Primary Leadership Development Course.
